The People Practice, formerly known as Christine Dunridge & Associates, was founded in 1995. Since then the business has developed from its initial consultancy role into a organisation where clients find real, practical help and solutions within the complex area of people management.

Christine Dunridge, BSc., MCIPD, is the principal consultant for The People Practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in the professional human resources field, from front line positions to Human Resources Director.

The industries she has worked with include retailing, international logistics, facilities management, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, IT and advertising.

Chris is supported by a strong team of consultants with a wide range of professional skills and experience in both public and private organisations.
