Human Resources and Career Management

Our human resources capability has two main areas of focus:

Human Resource Management

Human Resource Consultancy

Human Resource Management

Many organisations do not wish to employ personnel or human resource managers themselves. However there is still a requirement for the role of this particular function to be undertaken. We provide the necessary expertise to allow line managers to operate effectively and legally without the added overhead costs of an internal department.

This service can be provided in a number of ways depending on the client's requirements and there are a number of payment options depending on the service and flexibility provided.

Career Management

Managing Leavers: Jobsearch Assistance and Implacement

Even in the most successful organization, there may be times when it becomes necessary to reduce staffing levels. For those affected, finding alternative employment can be a difficult task. We appreciate this and our expertise in the Human Resourcing profession has enabled us to put together a menu-based package to enable organisations to assist their staff in obtaining the guidance necessary to find new employment.

Employees are more aware of their rights and employment law is more demanding on employers. We can help you get it right or advise you when things go wrong.

Helping organisations, groups and individuals manage the difficulties involved in areas such as career development; communication, consultation and developing termination packages and porcesses are just some of the areas we can help in.

The services provided for employees who are leaving the organisation range from job search workshops for small groups to individual career counseling, job search advice and support, psychometric assessment, CV production and interview skills training.

Offering such help does not just help the people leaving but it also gives good positive messages to the staff that are still employed. It shows that you care! Remember, tough times, downturns or recessions do not last forever. When the good times return employees may be judged on how they have treated employees during the lean times.
